Suite Surprise Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

By booking services with Suite Surprise, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to Enter Property

You confirm you have authorization from the property owner, hotel, or vacation rental host for Suite Surprise to access and decorate the space.

2. Nature of Decorations

Decor may include balloons, adhesives, LED lighting, fabrics, and small items. These may create minor risks such as tripping hazards, allergic reactions, or accidental damage if handled improperly.

3. Responsibility After Setup

Once setup is complete, all responsibility transfers to the client and guests. Suite Surprise is not liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents

  • Damage caused by guests or third parties

  • Misuse or removal of decorations

4. Property Considerations

While extreme care is taken during setup, minor cosmetic impact may occur (such as residue or light marks from adhesives). By booking, you accept this risk.

5. Cleanup & Teardown

Unless teardown is purchased, all decorations remain in the room and are the client’s responsibility to remove. A cleanup kit will be provided with each booking.

6. Environmental Factors

Heat, humidity, and airflow may affect decorations. Suite Surprise does not guarantee how long items will last after setup.

7. Limitation of Liability

Suite Surprise’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold Suite Surprise harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from use of the decorations or violation of property rules.

9. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed.
